Question 1

How do Sprhava AI smart glasses help a visually impaired person?

Accepted Answer

Sprhava spectacles capture the wearer's field of view, analyse it with on-device and cloud computer vision models, and describe the result through open-ear audio. Users can read printed text and screens, identify products, recognise saved faces, locate doors or seats, and receive spoken alerts about obstacles ahead — all hands-free.

Question 2

Do the glasses work without an internet connection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Core safety and reading functions — obstacle detection, short-text OCR and colour or light detection — run on the embedded neural processor without a network. Long-form scene description and conversational Q&A use a secure cloud model when Wi-Fi or a paired phone connection is available.

Question 3

Are Sprhava glasses a replacement for a white cane or guide dog?

Accepted Answer

No. Sprhava is a complementary electronic orientation and mobility aid. It adds contextual information and early obstacle warnings, but primary mobility tools and orientation training from a certified O&M specialist remain essential.

Question 4

Can the frames be fitted with prescription or filter lenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The frame accepts standard single-vision prescription lenses and contrast-enhancing filters, so low-vision users keep any usable residual sight while the AI layer fills the gaps.

Question 5

What support does Sprhava offer distributors and clinics?

Accepted Answer

Sprhava supplies multilingual firmware, clinician training decks, demo units, spare-part kits, CE/FCC/RoHS documentation and OEM or ODM branding options, with regional technical contacts for after-sales service.
